If you haven’t heard yet, I am creating a summer retreat exeperience.
What is a retreat, really? To me, it’s a space where you get to arrive exactly as you are. Nothing is expected of you except your presence. No roles, no pressure — just you, allowing yourself to be gently guided inward.

We all carry stories that have shaped us. We all have a past. And sometimes, those past experiences can weigh on our energy, especially when we’re not able to release them. Holding onto these stories can quietly keep us stuck, preventing us from stepping fully into who we’re meant to be.
Why slowing down matters
Letting go isn’t always easy. Offering ourselves forgiveness takes time, patience, and compassion. This is where practices like sound healing can support you — helping to soften mental patterns, quiet the noise, and reconnect you with yourself, especially when you’re in the middle of figuring things out.
For me, retreats are about more than rest. They are about creating a soft landing place where your body can exhale and your mind can stop trying to hold everything together.
What this retreat offers
This summer retreat is an invitation to pause and restore. A space to recharge your energy without expectations. A place where you can sit in silence, journal, close your eyes, and be guided inward. A space where you can simply be — without judgment — while also feeling connected to others who are on a similar journey.
- Rest: Give yourself permission to slow down.
- Release: Soften what you’ve been carrying.
- Reconnect: Return to yourself with care.
- Reflect: Create space for clarity and insight.

Your invitation
If something in you is calling toward this experience, I would love to welcome you. Come as you are, and allow yourself to be held in a space where you don’t have to be anything other than yourself.
Spots are open until May 30, and only a few are left — book ASAP if you’re interested.
With love,
Neha
